Through its subsidiaries, including its bank subsidiary, The Huntington National Bank (the Bank), the Company provides commercial and consumer banking services, mortgage banking services, automobile financing, recreational vehicle and marine financing, equipment financing, investment management, trust services, brokerage services, insurance products and services, and other financial products and services. Its segments include Consumer and Business Banking, Commercial Banking, Vehicle Finance, and Regional Banking and The Huntington Private Client Group. The Bank has approximately 11 private client group offices and over 828 branches located in Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
