Overview

The investment seeks to track the investment results of the Morningstar® U.S. Dividend Growth IndexSM. The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its assets in the component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is a subset of the Morningstar® US Market IndexSM, which is a diversified broad market index that represents approximately 97% of the market capitalization of publicly-traded U.S. stocks.
